Geocache Description:

For safety reasons this cache is NOT hidden amongst the stones which make up the nearby stone building nor under the nearby bridge.  There is plenty of parking and is on the roadside but stealth will be required as it is a favourite spot for muggle picnickers and walkers .

Close to this cache is a fairly large boulder which makes an odd hollow sound if you throw a small pebble/ stone at it . You should find the boulder easily enough - there is a worn track up to it and it is surrounded busy small stones and pebbles. It is known locally as the ringing stone and is an interesting geological phenomena . I would love to hear from a geologist why it makes this sound !!! Try throwing the pebble at a nearby stone and hear the difference !

There is a first to find pin badge ,one of my own travel bugs and a few nice swops to start you off . Happy hunting and ringing of stones!! Congrats to Shakabora on the FTF
