Heng er starten på Dronningstien mot Lofthus.

Dronningstien vart opna av Dronning Sonja 29. juni 2013. Den går i frå Heng som er slutten på traktorvegen opp lia, og vidare mot Lofthus. Der ein kjem ned via Munketreppene mot Lofthus sentrum. Stien er merka med Blå 'D' for Dronning.

Turen tek i frå Heng 4-6 timar, pluss 1 time for å komma seg opp traktorvegen i frå Røte.
