Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden near to Ceasars Well, in a secluded spot on Wimbledon Common amongst the scattered golf course holes. Local evidence has been found to indicate that the area was used by Neolithic Man (circa 3000 to 1000 BC) who quite possibly drank (and perhaps worshipped) at this ancient site.

Cache placed with the kind permission of Wimbledon and Putney Commons Ranger's Office.

The cache is contained in an unusual, camouflaged "container". The cache itself is somewhere between a 35mm canister and a small Tupperware box in terms of size. (Hush now - anymore and we'd be giving it away!)

Please be mindful of any golfers, they have a tendency to not always let you know a ball is hurtling towards your face! You'll need to get yourself in amongst the wildlife to find this one, and make sure to put the cache back in the exact spot you found it to prevent prying eyes from spotting it.

You'll need to bring your own pen.

This cache is not wheelchair friendly.
