Dowlin Forge Park is a nice little park in the Uwchaln Township park system, located along Shelmire Road south of Dorlan Mills Road. This park includes a lake, several gazebos with picnic tables, several park benches, and several wooden footbridges across streams and to an island in the lake. The park is along an extenion connecting the Struble and Uwchlan trails. It's a popular place for runners, walkers, and families.
A great cache for our youngsters, and then they can read the Norwegian Fairy Tale, Three Billy Goats Gruff.
