This is the second in a new bridge series located in Darke County, OH. Referred to as the 1919 Bridge, this bridge was errected in 1919 to accommodate the plethora of train traffic that passes through this area. Currently there are nearly 60 trains a day that pass over this stretch of track, so you may be treated to one passing through as you search.
This cache is located above the typical flooding area and should be safe! You may see some fishermen out along the river, so at times, you may need to be wary of muggles! This bridge spans Swamp Creek, and with heavy rains, this portion of the river may at times flood. Parking is available across the street from this cache location in a gravel parking lot. You may need to cross the guardrail in order to reach this cache. Please bring your own writing utensil.
