Bernie Ferdereko, born in Foam Lake Saskatchewan on May 12th 1956. He played in the NHL from 1976 to 1990 for exactly 1,000 games. Although he never won a Stanley cup, he had some very impressive statistics. During his 1,000 games he scored 369 goals, 761 assists for 1,130 points and only sat in the penalty box for 487 minutes. He spent most of his career with the St. Louis Blues and finshed with the Detroit Red Wings.
His jersye #24 was raised to the rafters by St. Louis on March 16th 1992 and he was inducted into the HHOF in 2002.
