Elise's parents lived in the estate across the road and this little nano was placed in their honour.
As this is a muggle highway, pedestrian as well as vehicles, also with the entrance to the estate across the road, a fair amount of stealth will be needed. The usual trick of talking on the phone will work, maybe not taking photos as the security muggles across the road might objects to that. It is possible to park almost on top of GZ! BYOP.
