Geocache Description:

This cache will bring you to Seabrook Park. A great spot for a picnic, or just to take in the views. If you time it right you might catch a spectacular sunset over the rolling hills.

As you approach the park, be on the lookout for "Picnic Ground" signs pointing the way from the main road.

This multi should be pretty straight forward, and you shouldn't have to walk more than 300 m to gather all info, find the cache and return to your car.

The posted coordinates is where you can park your car. You'll find a big rock with a quotation on it. You'll need to locate 3 numbers in the quotation, representing AAB.

Next, head up the the hill (look for the path not too far away) to the waypoint listed. Here you'll find another rock with some information about why this park was established. Again, you'll need to find some numbers:

 - How many acres? = CDE

- When was the land selected? = FGHH

- When was the park established? = JKLM

The cache can now be found at the coordinates:

S 38 21.QRS, where Q=D, R=G, S=F   and E 145 52.TUV, where T=K, U=A-J, V=B

The initial contents of the cache are some swappables and a handful of trackables. You could treat it a bit like a TB motel, in that you shouldn't just grab all the trackables there but instead aim to deposit one for each you take. (You can still discover the trackables there)

In the summer, it might be a good idea to keep an eye out for snakes. Most importantly, enjoy the views!
