Like most of the bay this area gets it's buzz on during the summer season, especially on Sunday's when the sailing & waka ama club-rooms + upstairs cafe is open, but even during the quieter times there's always someone about .. Don't let this put you off though as cache is hidden out of general sight, and there's no need to go near the building unless you want to use the facilities (toilet/shower/washer & dryer - a small donation is requested) ..
Plenty of parking available, and there's even a direct path to GZ though this may not be immediately obvious unless you're looking for it .. Happy Hunting!
