This cache is hidden near #245 crossing of Tojo Line between Higashimatsuyama Station(TJ-29) and Takasaka Station(TJ-28).
This level crossing is beside the road that links central of Higashimatsuyama City and Takasaka district. In addition, it has much traffic to be on the way to a way leading to Route 254.
There was a plan to construct a new station between Higashimatsuyama and Takasaka Sta. near GZ, provisionally called "Nomoto Station". But the plan has come to nothing without one's knowledge...
There is a direct sales store of local farmhouses. You can purchace fresh vegitable here. I think it's good for souvenir of GCing!

東松山市内にある東上線の踏切「東第245号踏切道」のそばにキャッシュを隠しました。
この踏切は、東松山の市街地と高坂方面を結ぶ道路から一本入ったところにあります。また、国道254号線へ抜ける道の途中にあるため、交通量が多い踏切です。
東松山駅と高坂駅の間にあるこの辺りに新駅を作る計画が、昔あったそうです。「野本駅」という仮称まで決まっていたようですが、いつの間にやら話は立ち消えになってしまいました。
消防署と警察署がここにあるのはそれを見越して移転してきたからだ・・・という話も聞いたことがあります。
近くに、農協の直売所があります。地場の新鮮な野菜が売られていますので、GCingのお土産にどうぞ。
キャッシュはマイクロサイズです。ペンをご用意下さい。
