This cache is a 35mm film canister. It is wheelchair accesible but it's a long way round. The cache is nicely hidden and is well camouflaged and comes fitted with it's own extraction tool which wants to be left at the top and just out of sight. don't push too far - I've already lost one cache there.
The cache is one of a sereis of 9 that will lead you to the bonus cache. Y at SCC3 is a must have and that is a 4* difficulty. All the rest are numbers between 1 and 8 and letters A to H if you have 7 you can work the other out - so if a cache is missing like this has been for months yo canstill get the bonus
