This is intended to be an easy C&D, but I bet the views from here are great when the leaves are off the trees.
We were driving through here one time, on the way to Black Moshannon, and our car got hit with a water balloon on the way up the mountain. We reported it to the police, just in case it becomes a consistent problem. Hopefully none of you will get hit as you search for this cache.
I've left a balloon in the container for the FTF to celebrate with and enjoy.
