At Ground Zero you will find the entrance to a park with nice paved trails. The park has information posts through out to teach you about of the the wild life and plant life that calls this park home.
The cache is a micro and as mentioned above, is available whether the gates are open or closed. The park was very quiet when I was there but there is a gas station and a bank near by that could become very busy - so muggles are a factor and stealth is a must.
No room for swag, and no pen - so please bring your own. And, as always, please replace as you found.
