Now we could start as saying this is a great event to be with fellow cachers and receive a smiley!!! We can top that by saying that going to this event will also get you a special souvenir for the month of August !! WOW 2 reasons now to go and walk away with a souvenir AND a smiley !!! We can even top that once more ....
The TRUE reason we would like you all to join us is to celebrate a VERY special day for a team of cachers that understand the true meaning of caching. This couple bowls over caches weather they are puzzle caches or the 5/5 styles and keep on trucking. They have cached from all over Ontario to the tips of Florida and have had hundreds of fellow cachers visit their really unique cache containers. Once they got on a roll on the canal trails we're kinda left to see what else they could come up with.
If you haven't figured it out yet we are hosting this POT LUCK for our friends NFJK , Ken and Jane will be hitting their 2 year mark or 720 consecutive days of caching on the 6th of August and we know this will put them in a unique group of people to do such a dedicated task. PLEASE try and make the event and enjoy the park itself. As for the pot luck, we ask when you log your attend that you post what your creative side will be bringing for dinner. We are also looking for the donation of plates , cutlery (plastic) , napkins , water and juices as well.
We have listed our times as 530pm till about 8pm and hope you all can attend.
