Identification: Dark black-brown. Covered with short, velvet hairs. Large oval abdomen. Short strong legs. Its face has a flat appearance.
Habitat: Seen under rocks, tree bark and in trees.
Customs: Not lively. Difficult to see in a tree in a web.
Venom: Harmless to humans.
Web: Builds a confused web under rocks and in tree bark.
Food: Insects.
