The Village of Hemmingway is named for the great Author Ernest Hemmingway who also has the claim to fame of being the grandfather of Mariel and Margaux Hemmingway.  Mariel had a checkered movie career as a child actress and Margaux a Model died at the age of 41 in 1996.
