The Old A74 - Crookedstane Rig Traditional Cache

A cache and dash located at the foot of Crookedstane Rig on the B7076 or The Old A74 between Elvanfoot and Beattock.

Crookedstane Craig is home to the south section of the Clyde Wind Farm which was the largest Wind Farm in Scotland for a time but that title has been retaken by Whitelee Wind Farm up near Eaglesham. The cache is something different located along the road from the access road to the wind farm. Parking is across from GZ on a relatively quite section of road or along the road at the small car park where the concrete blocks are. A writing implement is required for this cache.
