In a small community, oftentimes, all the 'important' stuff is all located in the same area.
In the case of Oyen - as you stand in this spot, you are literally in the circle of important places; if you spin around and look you will see the hospital, doctors office, dental office, community family support center and long term care.
To me, this would be where things begin and end but before the end, there is all that wonderful support and warmth from a caring community in between and around you. At the other corner of this block, you can also find a cache dedicated to those who gave their lives so the rest of us could enjoy this small town as well as this great country.
Parking is available.
The difficulty relates not only to the cache itself but to the stealth that will be required to retrieve this one.
Congrats to KinderKen for FTF!! SPECIAL NOTE: This cache was published late Sunday night, July 13th and KinderKen made his find early Monday morning. Monday evening the mobile bus for breast cancer screening pulled up in the dark and parked mere feet from this cache making it extraordinarily busy for our little town and that partidular little spot. I just wanted to put an extra well done and super Kudos shout out to anyone who managed to find the cache during the week from July 15th to July 18th due to this additional challenge! You guys rock!!!
