Created in 1980, KLCC park is a 50-acre tropical landscape in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Thanks to its prime location and the many features it brings to the city; a jogging track, a children’s playground with wading pool, an artificial lake with a musical fountain and no less than 190 indigenous trees (66 species of palms of which 23 are rare specimens), this park is always crowded with people, either for a healthy jog or a picnic with friends and family.
KLCC Park is open from 10am to 10pm, but it is possible to walk around its perimeter at night. The cache is available throughout the day, but it is recommended to visit the site in the early evening, when the lights on the fountain go on.
