You are looking for a very small cache. Quick PNG. Tweezer might come in handy.
You can get the cache from outside the fence, so stay off my lawn! :) This is private property, with permission from the owner. If the old dude asks what you are doing, just tell him you are geocaching and he'll leave you be. It is very small, but very visible. Have fun! BYOP. (This is our first cache!)
