Mn-treker: An access panel on this light pole was open most likely by a geocacher looking for it. That was a criminal act. The container is now missing and I think I know who took it. The owners of the business probably did that. They knew the container was there and some of the employees had signed the log but due to the criminal acts of somebody else I've decided to close this.
