Film: The World Is Not Enough
Year: 1999
Synopsis: James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) has been captured, taken to the Maiden's Tower and is forced into a medieval chair with shackles for the wrists and neck. The wheel behind the head is slowly turned by Elektra, causing our hero to begin to asphyxiate. Elektra is about to make the last turn of the wheel when Hagrid bursts into the room.
Surprised by this interruption, Elektra shoots Hagrid, whose last act is to cock the rifle hidden in his case and aim it at Elektra. At the last moment, he shifts his aim to Bond, shooting one of the shackles holding Bond's wrists. Bond is then able to escape from the chair and pursue Elektra, killing her.
