Geocache Description:

Captain Benjamin Hornigold (c.1680-1719), also known as Ben Hornigold, was an 18th-century English pirate. His career lasted from 1715 to 1718, after which he turned pirate hunter and pursued his former allies on behalf of the Governor of the Bahamas. He was killed when his ship was wrecked on a reef during the hurricane season of 1719.

All the caches have log books most have pencils and toys for the children, please only take one thing per person and replace with something else of same or greater value. There are some tags in some of the boxes PLEASE only take one per team and leave some behind for others coming along after you.

If you are in a team please sign as a team name as there will be plenty of people and the log books will run out and that would not be good.

There are plenty of cache boxes big enough to accommodate coins, tags and travel bugs.

Above all that you do today enjoy the walk

It is not in the dry stone wall do not climb on it or dismantle it. Thank you.
