Geocache Description:

Letterboxing is a fun, clue based scavenger hunt that predates Geocaching. A letterbox is often as simple as a waterproof container containing a stamp and stamp book. The idea is that the letterboxer also has their own personalized stamp and stamp book. Once the letterbox is found, the letterboxer exchanges stamps by stamping their personal stamp in the letterbox and also the letterbox stamp in their own book. As the hobby existed before GPS, clues are often given in paces, compass bearings, or by landmarks in the area.

Please be gentle with the cache, it does not need force to be opened.

Letterbox Directions:

Locate the North entrance to Jimmy Robision field. Your starting point is a large blue cairn.

From cairn walk 5 paces at 100° until you locate a poplar tree.

From poplar tree walk 175 paces at 95° until you locate a green sign reading FPC.

From FPC sign you will notice a bluff of trees on south side of the fence. Walk along the south side of the bluff 17 paces paying attention to what is hanging in one of the trees.

Geocache Directions:

Proceed with coordinates labeled GeoFin as additional waypoint.
