Geocache Description:

The safest parking is to park at the Valero nearby. A suburban place with a lot of plants is where the cache is near. I hid it where the muggles will most likely not clean it up.

Around are a stop sign and a lot of plants. What you're looking for is a camoflauged bison tube. If you find it, you could go house hunting afterwords. There are nice houses out there, I think.
