This is the first of a series of list-based puzzle caches along the Montrose Trail in Glenorchy. The trail starts at the upper end of Montrose Road where there is parking. The trail is primarily for fire fighting purposes and is well maintained. It is suitable for walking and bike riding (and 4WD vehicles but entry by those is prevented). To find the cache location you will have to solve a simple puzzle based on the chemical elements, in particular a list using their atomic numbers.
Special note: this is a new cache, in a different position, replacing the original one that was destroyed in a 2018 controlled burn.
The cache is located at:
S (beryllium helium)° (boron neon) . (hydrogen oxygen hydrogen)'
E (hydrogen beryllium nitrogen)° (hydrogen beryllium) . (boron helium boron)'
