Geocache Description:

Cammo'd matchstick container, BYOP!

This lovely little spot is home to hundreds of salamanders and tadpoles and eventually frogs and probably millions of mosquitos. Please no diving, as there's likely no lifeguard on duty. Really, there's no need to get your feet wet to get this cache.

If you came here from Somewhat Ledgendary - BSRP 4, then you probably got a taste of why this is called Laurel Hill! So, do a tick check as you slap those skeeters! Onwards, upwards! Laurel Hill's summit awaits!

I've placed this series of caches in Balance Rock State Park to highlight some wonderful features that these forests have to offer. You'll start at the parking lot near Balance Rock walking on well used ATV trails, before strolling on bike paths, then bushwhacking to the top of Laurel Hill and back down.
