The posted coordinates are for a small parking area at the beginning of the trail you'll need to take in order to hike to the final cache location. The hike is a little more than 2 miles round trip.
Being a baby of the eighties, I've always been a huge fan of movies from the 1980s. I've used some of my very favorite quotes from these movies to create the puzzle. To get to the final cache location, you'll need to determine, from the quotes below, first the movie and then it's year of release. You'll use the fourth digit of the year to solve for the coordinates.

M - Burn some dust here. Eat my rubber.
N - Hey, how come Andrew gets to get up? If he gets up, we'll all get up, it'll be anarchy.
