Amazingly, there wasn't a geocache in the area, so we just couldn't resist adding one here to the quaint Dave Mackie County Park at the end of Maxwelton Road on the edge of Whidbey Island. This is the fourth in our 'Vista Series' of geocaches, all featuring spectacular views. We dare you to not grab your camera and snap some pics!
This cache is located in the midst of a community park, so please be conscious of nearby muggles. If they occupy the immediate vicinity of said cache, please take a walk on the beach, enjoy the park and come back later to capture your find.
And as always, please return the cache in the exact same spot as you found it. You will need the handy tool to remove the log scroll, so don't lose it.
Most importantly, take a deep breath and feel time slowing down. If you've come this far for the cache, you deserve the break! :-)
