Moose Jaw's First Geocaching Event

Where: Wakamow Valley
This will be the first Moose Jaw Geocaching Event that I am aware of. To be held in the Wakamow Valley area near the Burger Cabin, optional "Mmmm" (hard / soft) ice cream 
or if the cook is a total failure 
. This is a Meet and Greet event for all new and old geocachers for some fun and fellowship. We will be providing burgers & wieners to cook up, along with the buns and condiments. BYO Drinks, lawn chairs (limited seating available) and a salad or dessert to share with the others attendees.
This location is by a first come first serve pavilion down in Wakamow Valley area. If this one happens to be occupied then we will gather at a second spot which is the Lion's Park picnic area. Coordinates are provided below for this picnic area where there are a number of gazebos setup, we will try for the larger gazebo for this event. You can see the gazebos as you drive in to the park from the west just before you cross the bridge to the Skating Oval.
As well, "The 7 Souvenirs of August" is running this month. I plan to put out a few caches in conjunction with this. So you should be able to capture a number of the souvenirs with this event and area.
There will be a number of draws and GeoWyrm and LandSharkz have graciously donating to the event as well. So a big "Thank You" to them for their help in making this event a success.
