A mom had a dream that she loaded her two boys into their van and set out across the country, to walk in 51 capitals in 51 days. On 6/28/14, that mom, her sister, and her two boys Nicholas and Tristan set out to make that dream come true. This cache was set to commemorate that excellent adventure, and to coincide with their trip to Montpelier on July 22. The walks that they do are sanctioned walks through the American Volkssport Association, which has walks all over the USA, including the capitals. The local walking club, Twin State Volkssport Association, which sponsors the Montpelier walk, was on hand. We found out the family also geocaches, so created a few caches in their honor.
