Hey folks,

this is an event for me to get to know Auckland and the local Geocaching Crew! I am currently travlleing NZ and will arive in Akld on 27.8.14. If you are keen to meet a German fellow and happy to talk about fantastic local caches that you can reccomend or any other advices for a geocacher and traveler, I am more than happy to get in touch with the locals. Also there is a August Geocaching Challenge which includes a souvenier for attending an eventcache in August, so there is more to get then just a nice conversation and meeting people this time.

I have no clue about a great spot so I looked up a nice looking park area at google maps. There seems to be a cafe nearby as well as a playground. Maybe we can go to have a drink somewhere nearby after catching up here at about 12.00 at the spot?
