Geocache Description:

Cache not at posted coordinates, but you will need information from the sign located at the posted coordinates

Here is a little bit about the cave:
Water runs down into the cave from the surrounding hills from a small brook creating the ice in this cave. It is accessible when the water dries out around the middle of July. There are two entrances to the cave that lead downward into the cave. It is very cold and contains ice even during the hottest summers. Paris Ice Cave is not developed but a visit is not very dangerous. There is an easy to follow track through the cave. Appropriately warm clothes are needed because of the extremely low temperatures. Visitors should bring sturdy shoes and lamps. 10 miles up the Paris Canyon Road on a dirt road which is fairly passable for most vehicles.
