Geocache Description:

You can park at the Veteran's cemetery.  Short walk down a trail will take you there.  Several small random items available to swap.  Have fun, and bring the bug spray!

My co-worker was telling me about a movie she went to go see.  In it was a little boy who went to heaven, where he met a little girl who told him she was his sister, and to ask their mom why she was never named.  While I never saw the movie myself, it really touched me deeply to hear this.   This little girl was lost before she ever took her first breath.   Although I have four beautiful children (always children in my eyes), I have lost four precious ones as well.  Three were from miscarriages, and one was termed "fetal demise" - and was caused by the umbilical cord.  I'm not putting this out there to hear "I'm sorry for your loss."  Please, please, don't say that.  I'm putting this out there, and sharing this because I wanted to do something to share with others - to give other people a place to put their baby's name down in writing.   It may not be a birth certificate, or even a death certificate, but in my eyes I'm honoring the babies I never even really thought to name, because I never knew if they were boys or girls (with the exception of Kira, the baby who was not miscarried.)  I know this may sound corny or strange to some, but it really gives me a sense of peace to know my kids aren't running around in Heaven wondering why I didn't give them a name.  While it may not be for everyone, if you have lost a baby, and want to name them, please write their names down in the book in this geocache.  If you just want to find a geocache, just sign the log, no need to write anything down in the brown book with the tree on it.

Thanks for letting me share
