Welcome to Miyagi !!【仙台駅】


Miyagi Prefecture is a prefecture in the Tōhoku Region of Japan. The capital is here, in Sendai city. With a population of approximately one million, Sendai is the political and economic center of the Tōhoku Region. Its development began in the AD1600s when Date Masamune first took possession of the surrounding territory. First, Masamune built Sendai Castle on Aobayama, a mountain fortress that overlooked ravines and rivers. Although the castle itself no longer remains, stone walls and the reconstructed turret reflect the splendor of the period. From Aobayama park, where and equestrion statue of Date Masamune stands, visitors can get spectacular view of the magnificent city he built. Please enjoy Geocaching in MIYAGI.

ようこそ宮城へ!!
宮城といえば、伊達政宗・蔵王・松島・七夕・牛タン・温泉と美味しいお酒やお米などを思い浮かべますが、 皆さんは何を連想されますか？
因みに宮城県は、カジキ・サメ・ホヤ等の漁獲量と、こけしの生産量が日本一だそうです。
あまり知られていないことですが、『冷やし中華』発祥の地は仙台だそうで、牛タンの陰に隠れた事実ですね。
郷土料理やＢ級グルメでは、はっと・白石うーめん・油麩丼・仙台マーボー焼そば・生どらやき・などがあるそうですよ。 勿論、牛タン・笹かまぼこ・ずんだ餅は宮城の代表格ですね～。

で、いつも食べ物ばかりの紹介ですみません。まずはキャッシュを探しましょう。
キャッシュは駅ビルの屋上駐車場に隠されています。少しアクセスが大変ですが、 駅ビルの屋上に上がって下さい。ヒントの物から簡単に見つかると思います。
比較的マグルが少ない場所ですが、取り出しや戻す際には十分気をつけて下さいね。
