The first cache is at the entrance to a mine shaft - don't worry it is not a drop - the shaft is horizontal and you don't need to go in. The cache is tucked just inside the entrance. You should be able to reach it without going in. The mine shaft can be dangerous, so please do not go in - if you do your doing it at your own risk.
