An easy cache after a nice hike through the aspen forest. We parked lower down the loop and made it a 2.8 mile roundtrip this morning. A trail runner had parked at the Timp trailhead, which would make it about a 5 mile roundtrip. You can find an easier route of about three quarters of a mile each way as well. The elevation gain is gentle.
