We decided to place some more caches up here to encourage others to go get Halfcocked on Hancock. (Not to mention the view up here is so worth the hike!) If five out of shape adults, two teenagers, and two 1 1/2 year olds can do this hike in a hour and a half one way, almost anybody should be able to. There is no designated trail and there may be some bush wacking, so come prepared. Have plenty of water. Even with all that it is still a pretty tough hike. Enjoy the scenery.
Shouldn't be too hard to see, especially if you are a hunter. Check out the neat fire pit near the cache. It makes you wonder who was camping up here. We parked and started our hike on the road near the cache "Raspberry Rock".
