Stage 1 is wheelchair accessible. The final is slightly off the road, but could be done with a little help.
This is a two stage multi-cache. The first stage is in plain sight. There is no need to move, or disturb anything. I would recommend to do this cache during the operating hours of the strip mall.
Final is within .1 miles and a short walk. You can park within 10 feet and make this an easy park and grab.

A = Z - 4
B = Y
C = X - 7
D = Y - 1
