This type of container has become quite ubiquitous, so the difficulty rating is lower than most of the others like it.
While driving around the Tualatin/Sherwood area we thought there should be a cache here. While I was getting the coordinates the dentist at the corner sent an employee to see what we were doing up here. We told her and she said that she had wanted to geocache with her kids, but didn't know how to get started. Now she does.
