Description: The “Sedge Marsh” hiking trail is Cache #7 in this series of caches. Part of the trail is a wooden walkway. I caution you, it is seriously overgrown and hard to see. It is structurally sound, but a little unnerving. You could take the trail from the other end of the trail if you don’t want to chance it. The trail sign that marks the trail by the parking lot is gone, but the wooden path is still open.
Each of the caches in the series reveals a coordinate number to find the Quail Hollow Mystery Cache. All 9 coordinate numbers are needed to find the Mystery Cache. To acquire the coordinate number you will need a QR code scanner that you can get on your SmartPhone. The QR code is unique in that it is a QR Voice. Once scanned, it will speak a short message and reveal the coordinate number for the cache. You can start at any of the 9 caches, as long as you keep track. You may want to print this out. Generally, you need 10 coordinate numbers to locate a cache. I will provide one of the 10 needed numbers.
Here is how you keep track:
N 40° ___ ___ . ___ ___ ___ W 81° ___ ___ . ___ ___ ___ (I will give you the W 81° 1 ___ . ___ ___ ___ )
Cache #1 coordinate number (from QR Voice) goes in the first blank, Cache #2 coordinate number goes in the second blank and so on...
N 40° 1 2 . 3 4 5 W 81° 1 6 . 7 8 9
