Geocache Description:

This is part three of an eight cache trail around the area of Eighton Banks, with lovely views down to the coast and across the Team Valley towards the Angel of the North. The route will take you approximately an hour and a half, or longer if you avail yourself of the three pubs enroute. Cache is a keysafe.

The old quarry situated opposite this station became a scrapyard and then a place for manufacturing concrete. Popular place for kids to sit and watch the machinery running, so watch out for muggles along this stretch. Lots of rubbish and glass underfoot, so be careful with dogs and children. Please make sure it is replaced exactly as found and the rock is used to keep it in place.

Congratulations to g.o.caching for FTF!
