Geocache Description:

This is one of the least likely places you might ever visit by chance, but the view is unmatched and you'll never forget having been there.  To the southeast is a side of Mount Gog that is rarely seen by human eyes.  You also see the top of Magog.  Far to the north you'll glimpse Double Top from an angle rarely viewed.  To the south is Naomi's false peak.  The real Naomi Peak is hidden just behind it.  Carefully step a few yards to the west and be prepared to have your breath taken away as you look down into the south fork of High Creek from the top of some of the most rugged cliffs and ledges in the Bear River range.  And to the southwest is one amazing view of Cherry Peak.  The sunset and sunrise I saw while here on a mid-July solo 3-day backpacking trek are among the most memorable of my life.  If you want solitude, this is a place you'll find it.

The cache is a small plastic container hanging at eye level on the east side of a double-trunk pine tree about 25 yards east of the cliffs.  The elevation is 9530 feet.  The Forest Service trail that passes closest to this site is in the head of the north fork of White Pine Creek.
