Geodogs never roll their eyes when you want to go geocaching, don't complain that it is too wet or too cold always willing to come along and join in. Thiis cache is dedicated to all geodogs and their owners. I checked the co-ordinates several times but sometimes came out about 7m out due to the surroundings but don't worry you it will become obvious.
No cliff climbing or abseiling required you will reach it with your feet on the ground.
Kakamatua Beach is an off leash dogs paradise, with a stream and a beach, combined with beautiful scenery it is a lovely spot for both four and two legs. This cache replaces Doggie Heaven which has now unfortunately been archived. To reach the new hidey hole you have to walk further but you don't have to get your feet wet. Grab a ball or a stick and give those geodogs a playday, but remember the track down to the stream from the carpark is on leash. Enjoy my first cache.
