Geocache Description:

For cachers who weren’t able to get to an earlier August CITO, or for anyone keen to keep Dunedin beautiful, here’s an end-of-August CITO. 

Another gathering at the Centennial Monument on Signal Hill. It's been a while since the Dunedin Geocaching Community was last there, and there's more rubbish to clean up!

Who: All geocachers and friends are welcome.

New cachers are especially welcome- you can log a "Will Attend" note to tell us you're coming, or just turn up! It's a great opportunity to make new friends, help keep Dunedin beautiful and also earn a smiley.

Date: Sunday 31 August 2014

Time: 3 pm until 3.50 pm.

We'll be there rain or shine: check the weather forecast and wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing.

Bags and gloves will be provided, courtesy of Keep Dunedin Beautiful.




Darlene from Keep Dunedin Beautiful has sent info about the Dunedin Clean-Up week 14 - 26 September.
It's quite likely someone will arrange a Geocaching CITO that week, but we can help as individuals as well!
