A series of caches placed in and around the greater Belfast area to celebrate the global aspect of geocaching and the fact that one of the joys of a global game is that you can always take it with you.
The FATLAD Challenge
As mentioned above, the cache IS at the posted co-ordinates but can ONLY be logged as found if the rules listed below are followed!
Both travelling and geocaching are great fun, so it only makes sense to see and cache as far and wide as possible in the time you have available. In order to log this cache you must have successfully found a cache in each of of the six different counties that make up Northern Ireland on the same day. These counties are as follows: Down, Antrim, Armagh, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Londonderry, these can be remembered using the acronym FATLAD. Checker below:
We completed this on 21st June 2014 by finding the following caches:
Fermanagh GC4CPYQ Sound the Alarm!
Armagh GC2PEEN Wheely Good No1
Tyrone GC57AAQ All the Derry's
Londonderry GC1HR2D I need 50p for this phone please
Antrim GC53G3F Lower Bann Bridges. Carlisle Bridge.
Down GC47Y3A Cat and Dog Home

Since March 2019 the cache is a small bison, micro in size. Cache has been left as small rather than change previous finders statistics. The difficulty is set to reflect the challenge difficulty, not the difficulty of the cache itself.
Rules to log this cache:
1. You must have a minimum of one find in each of the six counties that constitute Northern Ireland on the same date.
2. This cache cannot count as one of your six caches above.
3. Please demonstrate this logging requirement any way you see fit: text in the log (with details as above), create a Bookmark list, etc.
4. Dates will be confirmed and logs not following the rules will be deleted.
Please replace the cache EXACTLY as found after logging.
