[Català] La sèrie "A TREMP, PAREM" o ATP, vol ser un petit conjunt de geoamagatalls pensats per mostrar els punts més significatius del terme municipal de Tremp. Tremp, capital de la comarca del Pallars Jussà i també el terme municipal més gran de tota Catalunya, té una gran quantitat de punts d'interès que molts cops passen desapercebuts pel viatjer, que passa només de pas camí d'altres punts del Pirineu lleidatà.
Esperem que aquesta sèrie que anirem creant poc a poc sigui d'interès per a tots els viatjers, i els ajudi a veure racons i punts d'interès d'aquesta zona tant desconeguda del Pre-Pirineu. Així que...

Santa Maria de Valldeflors, o Santa Maria de Tremp, és l’emblemàtica esglesia d’origen romànic del munici de Tremp. És també patró de la parròquia, i de la ciutat, sant Bonifaci, màrtir, una relíquia del qual es venera a la col·legiata de Tremp.
Les primeres notícies de l’església constaten que estava situada dins del terme del castell de Talarn, tot i que a partir d’una donació feta per Ramon V a l’església, Tremp va funcionar com un terme autònom dins del de Talarn, de propietat, domini i jurisdicció totalment eclesiàstica i envoltat de jurisdiccions comtals. A partir de l’any 1090 fou seu d’una canònica que es convertí, a partir del segle XV, en secular i col·legiata i a des de 1852 en arxiprestal.
El 1923 Pius XII li concedí el títol de basílica. La primitiva església de característiques romàniques fou reemplaçada totalment per l’actual, un edifici d’una única nau amb capelles laterals, bastit inicialment entre 1638 i 1647. El campanar fou aixecat el 1638 l’any 1909 se li efectuaren diverses adaptacions que van configurar l’actual imatge. L’any 1701 es va construir un retaule major presidit per la Verge de Valldeflors.
A l’interior destaca el magnífic orgue, d’origen barroc, que fou restaurat a inicis del segle XX per l’enginyer de la Canadenca F.S. Pearson, moment en què aquesta empresa portava a terme les grans obres hidràuliques de la Noguera Pallaresa. També en una de les capelles laterals hi ha un retaule de la Sagrada Familia , rèplica de l’original de Josep Llimona i marc d’Antoni Gaudí que presidí la cripta del temple expiatori de la Sagrada Familia de Barcelona, donat a la parroquia de Tremp i col·locat en aquesta capella de Sant Josep Manyanet, inspirador del temple.

[English] The series “At Tremp, we stop” means to be a group of geocaches to show the most significant points of Tremp. The capital of the Pallars Jussà region which is also the biggest among Catalonia, has a lot of points of interest that most of the times are unnoticed to the traveller, which is only passing by leading to other points of the Pyrenees.
We hope that this series that we are going to create little by little will be interesting to all travellers and helps them to see places and points of interest of this little-known region of the Pre-Pyrenees. So this is why…

Santa Maria de Valldeflors, or Santa Maria de Tremp, is Tremp’s most emblematic romanesque church.
In its creation, this church used to be part of the domain of the Castle of Talarn, but thanks to a gift done by Ramon V to the chuch, Tremp started to operate as an autonomous sector, property of, controlled and ruled by the ecclesiastical and surrounded by knight jurisdictions. Starting at 1090 became the headquarters of a canonical which, from s.XV and so on became secular and collegiate church and finally during 1852 became archipestral.
The primitive Romanesque church was totally restyled to a single nave with lateral chapels during 1638 and 1647. The bell tower was arisen in 1638 and in the 1701 the main altarpiece containing the Valldeflors Virgin was built. During 1909 it suffered minor changes to become as it is nowadays and, finally in 1923, Pope Pius XII turned it to a basilica.
The most remarkable part of the interior is the Baroque organ, totally restored in the beginnings of s. XX by the Canadenca Company, and in particular by its engineer F.S. Pearson, during the delivery of the hydraulic works on the Noguera Pallaresa River. In one of the lateral chapels, also, one may find a Sagrada Familia retable donated by Sant Josep Manyanet, one of the inspirers of the temple.
