Note added 27th July, pole lost on the 26th: If you are walking this trail please can you keep your eyes open for a lost walking pole - Somewhere between this cache and the bridge to the west. More likely to be around 500m west of this cache. - If you find it, (it's a black and brown one which is likely to be within 1m of the trail), please contact the CO to let me know, I'll help you find the owner of the pole. - Thank you.
Unfortunately it was on the part of the track where there are no caches yet. I can picture the spot where I know I put it down, but my GPS failed on creating a consistent track log so I can't tell where. It was on top of the last ridge part of the track before going down and then around and up to the curse cache (THIS CACHE, DESCRIBED WALKING EASTBOUND TOWARDS IT), maybe 500m or so back. One of the group I was with went back that way, but he couldn't find it - unfortunately my walking pole was black and brown, which doesn't help. I know it will be sitting there within a metre or so of the track. I realised I didn't have it when I was already down and up the other side, and the others were already way ahead of me so I needed to catch up...
This is a very impressive style, and nearby is a very stylish cache (it's a 200ml sistema). - :)

Even after the coin is taken, this cache is still very near something which was cast; even if it's not a curse. - Medusa may have been here. It was a good job the cache wasn't looking at the time!!
