Geocache Description:

My kids are tired of me taking them to film cannisters and pill bottles, and want to find big caches with toys.  In the interest of helping other parents to get their kids out geocaching, here is a cache to entice them with, bringing you deeper along the Long Lake biking trails to a set of boulders that may or may not look like a giant turtle, which may or may not have at one point housed a cache of its own.

The cache lies along a very well defined network of bike trails through the woods in Long Lake park. No bushwhacking is required, and aside from some hills, roots, and rocks, the hike is perfect for the young'uns, as was tested by The Boy (who is 4) on the night the cache was placed. Parking is available at a variety of points on the St. Margaret's Bay Road. The cache itself is a 2kg plastic PB jar covered in camo tape. It contains a number of kid-friendly items, along with the standard log and writing stick, and a small cash prize for FTF.
