Wawa Traditional Cache

Take a hike into beautifully rugged Wildwood Park. This cache is located near the south bank of Wildwood creek near a picnic area. You will need to cross the creek if you start from the picnic area; fortunately there are stepping stones somewhat near the cache locale. You are looking for a camoed cannister, suspiciously the size of an average coffee tin. Coordinates are variable; I averaged 15 readings. As always, watch where you place your hand in and around rocks, bushes, etc.

This cache is dedicated to my now 4 and half year old son, who's been caching with me since he was a year old. Wildwood park is one of our favorite places and he's been with me there on many hikes. He used to sit in a backpack while I hiked and cached, now he's hiking on his own for respectable distances. When he was very young we'd stroll along Wildwood creek and he'd say "wawa!" as he looked at it, before he could properly say "water". Hence the cache name. He loves small "bouncy balls", so this cache is initially loaded with them, as well as a pencil and a few other trinkets. Happy caching! Congrats to Studio Medical for the FTF!
